Lamborghini today announced an exclusive three-project development agreement for the creation of Tonino Lamborghini Towers in the Dominican Republic, marking a landmark entry of the iconic Lamborghini lifestyle brand into the Caribbean ultra-luxury real estate market.

The announcement was made at FITUR in Madrid, one of the world’s leading international tourism and investment forums, underscoring the global relevance and scale of the initiative.

The agreement has been signed with DUNA Development, led by José González and Josué Virgen, Co-CEOs of DUNA Development, a firm recognized for delivering high-end, large-scale projects in premier international destinations.

All Tonino Lamborghini Towers developments will be exclusively operated and managed by Archipelago, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality management groups, ensuring consistent, world-class operational standards across all projects.

The first Tonino Lamborghini Towers project is slated for Cap Cana, Punta Cana, one of the most exclusive luxury destinations in the Caribbean. This flagship development will be followed by a second project in Santo Domingo, with a third location to be announced at a later date.

Together, the three developments will translate the Tonino Lamborghini brand’s unmistakable design language, innovation, and lifestyle philosophy into ultra-luxury residential architecture.
